In the Name of God Amen
I Henry Bottle [3754] of Offord Darcy in the County of Huntingdon do
make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that
is to say I give and devise all my household furniture and effects to my
wife Mary Bottle [0792] my just debts and funeral to be paid by
my executors out of my personal or ... property and I give and bequeath
all and singular the household land tenements hereditaments in the parish of
Pertenhall and Keysoe in the County of Bedfordshire held by me under the
Masters and Fellows and Scholars of Corpus Christi College of Oxford and all
my
right and interest therein and thereto unto my son Henry Alexander
Bottle [2688] and to his heirs and assigns for ever and also my freehold
Estate
at Keysoe in the County of Bedford consisting of about ten acres of
Land a house hou...full and three Cottages and all my other real and
Personal Property whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath
to my said son Henry Alexander Bottle [2688] to his heirs and assigns for
ever Nevertheless subject to the following payments / that is to say / to
pay to my son Jonathan Tebbs Bottle [3600] or to his personal representa-
tives the sum of four hundred pounds within twelve calendar months
after my decease and also twenty pounds a year for life to my Sister
Elizabeth Bottle [0753] now of Keysoe in the County of Bedford and ...ing and

... upon my estates paying all my just debts and funeral expenses and
I appoint my friend John Lancaster of Todmanchester (?) in the County of
Huntingdon and my said son Henry Alexander Bottle [2688] Executors
...ing that my said executors in ... of this my will shall not either
of them be answerable for any loss that may .... of the said trust
... it shall arise or happen from their own neglect nor shall
the one be answerable or accountable for the othe of them and I
hereby authorise the said executors to .... and retain out of the
said property all such costs and charges as they or either of them shall
sustain or be put unto in the execution of this my will or the trust
thereof and a reasonable allowance for their time and trouble and do
hereby revoke all other wills by me made and do declare this to be
my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have set my
hand this sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand

his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at
his request and in the presence of each other both present at the same
time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto ---

Proved at London the 5th March 1860 by the oath of Henry
Alexander Bottle [2688] the son One of the Executors to whom Admon was
granted. Power reserved of making the like grant to John
Lancaster the other Executor when he shall apply for the same
