Alexander Henry Bottle [2085]
This is the
Last Will
of me
Alexander Henry Bottle [2085] of No. 4 Church Street Wincanton
in the County of Somerset retired Tailor and Outfitter
(1) I REVOKE all Wills or other testamentary disposi-
tions at any time heretofore made by me
(2) I GIVE DEVISE and BEQUEATH all my estate both real
and personal of which I shall die seised or possessed
unto my daughter Freda Beatrice Bottle [0975] for her own use
and benefit absolutely and I APPOINT her to be my sole
Executrix of this my will
(3) I wish to place on record that it is with my wife's [3384]
full knowledge and approval that I have made no provi-
sion for her benefit by this my Will as we both have
implicit trust in our said daughter to do all in her
power to provide for the maintenance of my wife [3384] should
she survive me but this statement shall not be deemed
to create any trust either legal or equitable.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this
Twenty first day of June One thousand nine hundred

SIGNED AND ACKNOWLEDGED by the said Alexander Henry
Bottle [2085] as and for his last Will in the presence of us
both present at the same time who at his request in
his presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
