          Transcript of a Will, Maidstone Record Office   Prc/11/103/132,
received from S.Tanner 1st Dec 1998.

In the name of god Amen. I John Bottle [0557] of Ulcombe in the County of Kent
Husbandman being Well in Health and of Sound and Disposing Mind Memory
and Understanding (praised be God for the same) do make publish and declare
this My
last will and Testament in Manner and form following (that is to say) I Give
and
Bequeath to My Two Sons and Daughter John Bottle [5181] James Bottle [5378] and
Mary Knight [5380]
the Sum of ..... Shilling Each to be paid by My Executor herein after Mentioned
in Three Months after My decease, Also I Give and bequeath to my Son William
Bottle and his Heires All my Dwelling House werein (?) I now dwell with all the
Buildings Gardens and Appurtanies thereunto belonging Situate and being at
Fairbourne
Heath in Ulcomb aforesaid with all my Household Furniture Chattells Ready Money
Securities for Money Effects or personall Estate of that nature or Kind soever
which
I shall be Intrest (?) in or Intitiled unto at the time of my Decease And my
Desire is
all my Just Debts probate of this my Will and other Incident Charges shall be
paid
by my Son William Bottle [2758] Lastly I do make Constitute and Appoint my Said
Son William Bottle [2758] my sole Executor of this my last will and Testament,
In Witness
whereof I the said John Bottle [0557] have to this my last will and Testament
sett my Hand
and Seal this Fourth Day of December in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninty Seven:

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the
Said John Bottle [0557] as and for his last will           John Bottle
and Testament in the presence of Us who have
subscribed our Names as Witnesses in the presence
of Each Other :/:
